“Mattingly has been wonderful to work with. Charlie really helped me focus on what needed to happen. The end result is a good one despite my frustrations. Denise has been amazing through all of my financing ups and downs, and Chris has been as responsive as I could have asked for. I really felt like Mark did a great job as superintendent, too. I always felt like he had my best interest in mind. Wish he could have finished out the project, but Ricky has done well, too.”
