Mattingly Construction completed a 3,228 SF interior tenant improvement in Carmel, Indiana, converting a former restaurant space at 1370 S. Rangeline Rd. into Thai Season Restaurant. The scope included modernizing legacy plumbing and utility systems, installing upgraded kitchen equipment, and building out a new bar designed as the focal point of the main dining area. Mattingly’s team coordinated closely with ownership and the design team on finishes and equipment placement to deliver the restaurateur’s vision within budget. The completed restaurant construction blends updated infrastructure with a refreshed, Thai-inspired dining environment, giving Thai Season Restaurant a guest-ready home in the Carmel market.
