Mattingly Construction completed a 7,213 SF office remodel for Rapak at 6907 Coffman Rd. in Indianapolis, Indiana, updating and modernizing an existing commercial office environment in collaboration with US Architects. The interior renovation scope included reconfigured workspaces, updated conference and collaboration areas, refreshed finishes throughout, and the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades needed to bring the space in line with current operational standards. The team managed demolition, framing, ceiling systems, casework, and finish carpentry across the full footprint to deliver a functional, updated office environment for Rapak’s Indianapolis team. The completed remodel extends the useful life and efficiency of an established commercial office facility on the northwest side of Indianapolis.
