Mattingly Construction completed a 3,600 SF interior tenant improvement for Orangetheory Fitness in Indianapolis, Indiana, converting Suite B at 5858 N College Ave into a fitness studio in the heart of Broad Ripple. The scope included a dedicated workout floor with specialty flooring, reception and lobby areas, locker rooms, and the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades needed to support high-occupancy fitness use. The team coordinated HVAC capacity, acoustic treatments, and audio-visual infrastructure to meet Orangetheory’s national franchise build-out standards. The completed studio expands Orangetheory’s Indianapolis-area presence into one of the city’s most well-trafficked commercial corridors.
