Mattingly Construction completed a 17,000 SF office expansion for Nexxt Spine in Noblesville, Indiana, extending the company’s existing facility at 14425 Bergen Blvd. in collaboration with DELV Design Studio. The expansion scope included additional open and private office space, conference and collaboration areas, and the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work needed to fully integrate the new footprint with the existing building. The team coordinated demolition, framing, ceiling systems, casework, and finish carpentry throughout to deliver a cohesive, functional environment that supports Nexxt Spine’s growing administrative and operational teams. The completed expansion gives Nexxt Spine the capacity to scale its Noblesville headquarters alongside the company’s continued growth.
