Mattingly Construction delivered a 5,511 SF ground-up dental practice for Dr. Mark Sanford’s Monrovia Family Dentistry in Monrovia, Indiana, west of the Indianapolis metro area. The 12-chair facility pairs a modern farmhouse exterior with the practical layout of a growing family dentistry. Site work addressed a steep grade across the property, with a walk-out basement that doubles as a structural retaining wall and houses employee lockers, restrooms, and break areas. The team coordinated with Patterson Dental on new and relocated equipment and casework, and installed smart parking lot lighting controlled by photocell sensors and programmable timers for safe after-hours access.
