Mattingly Construction completed an interior buildout for Meridian Music at 14300 Clay Terrace Blvd. in Carmel, Indiana, delivering a functional retail and music education space in Suite 140 of the Clay Terrace development. The scope included retail display and sales areas, lesson and practice rooms, and the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work needed to support a full-service music retail environment. The team coordinated framing, ceiling systems, casework, and finish carpentry throughout to deliver a welcoming, functional space built around Meridian Music’s retail and educational programming. The completed project gives Meridian Music a prominent home in one of Carmel’s most frequented retail and lifestyle destinations.
