Mattingly Construction completed a 10,700 SF interior finish and tenant improvement for Legacy Christian School in Noblesville, Indiana, located at 470 Lakeview Dr. Working alongside Halstead Architects, the education facility renovation refreshed and modernized existing spaces to better serve the school’s students and staff. The scope included updated classrooms, common areas, new finishes, and the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades required to bring the facility in line with current standards. Mattingly’s team phased the construction to work around the school calendar, delivering a completed renovation that supports Legacy Christian School’s continued growth in the Noblesville community.
