Mattingly Construction completed a 4,500 SF interior finish and tenant improvement for KidStrong in Gilbert, Arizona, building out Suite 103 at 3133 S. Lindsay Rd. into a youth development and fitness center. The fitness construction included open training floor layout, age-appropriate obstacle and activity zones, lobby and parent viewing areas, and the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems needed for an active-use facility. The buildout aligns with KidStrong’s national brand standards while fitting the space to the local market. Mattingly’s team coordinated with ownership and the design team to deliver a turnkey facility ready for classes on opening day.
