Mattingly Construction completed a 2,671 SF interior tenant improvement for Just Love Coffee in Carmel, Indiana, converting Suite 100 at 12525 Old Meridian Street into a fully operational coffee shop and café. Developed in collaboration with Paradym Studio, the scope included a customer-facing service counter and bar area, seating and dining zones, back-of-house prep and storage areas, and the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work required to bring a commercial café online. The team coordinated finish carpentry, custom millwork, and equipment connections throughout to deliver a warm, functional environment for guests and staff. The completed build marks Just Love Coffee’s Store 1030 location in the Carmel market.
