Mattingly Construction completed a 2,204 SF interior finish and tenant improvement for iCRYO in Phoenix, Arizona, building out Suite 111B at 4730 E. Indian School Rd. into a wellness and recovery studio. The retail fitness construction included treatment rooms, cryotherapy equipment installation, reception and retail areas, and the electrical and HVAC systems required to support specialized recovery services. The finished layout guides clients from check-in through treatment in a clean, modern environment. Mattingly’s team coordinated with iCRYO’s brand standards and the design team to deliver a turnkey wellness facility in the Arcadia market.
