Mattingly Construction completed a 3,664 SF interior finish and tenant improvement for Dr. Shelton’s dental practice in Brownsburg, Indiana, expanding into Suites D and E at 675 Patrick Place. The dental office construction included new operatories, sterilization areas, patient reception, and the plumbing, casework, and equipment connections a growing practice demands. The suite expansion gave Dr. Shelton additional clinical capacity without relocating, combining two adjacent units into one cohesive, efficient layout. Mattingly’s team managed the buildout to minimize disruption to the existing practice, keeping day-to-day patient care on track throughout construction.
