Mattingly Construction completed a 3,107 SF interior finish and tenant improvement for Dr. Beth Frank Veterinary Services in Indianapolis, Indiana, building out the space at 5914 N. College Ave. into a fully operational veterinary clinic. The veterinary construction included exam rooms, surgical and treatment areas, kenneling space, and the specialized HVAC, plumbing, and drainage systems required for animal care operations. The finished clinic supports services ranging from routine wellness exams to surgical procedures in a layout designed for patient flow and staff efficiency. Mattingly’s team partnered with Dr. Frank and the design team to deliver a clinic ready to serve the Broad Ripple and north Indianapolis community.
