Mattingly Construction completed a 30,802 SF addition to the Calderon Textile building at 7007 Coffman Rd. in Indianapolis, Indiana, expanding an established industrial facility in collaboration with US Architects. The project added significant square footage to the existing structure, extending production, warehousing, and operational capacity for Calderon Textile’s Indianapolis operations. The construction scope included foundations, structural framing, building envelope, and the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems needed to fully integrate the new addition with the existing facility. Mattingly’s team coordinated closely with ownership and the design team to manage phasing and minimize disruption to active operations throughout construction. The completed addition positions Calderon Textile for continued growth on the northwest side of Indianapolis.
