Mattingly Construction delivered a 38,400 SF ground-up corporate office facility for Badger Daylighting in Brownsburg, Indiana, at 4910 N 900 E, developed in collaboration with US Architects. The new construction project provides Badger Daylighting with a purpose-built headquarters environment, incorporating executive and administrative offices, conference and collaboration spaces, and the supporting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure required for a large-scale corporate facility. The team managed site work, foundations, structural framing, building envelope, and full interior finishes to deliver a turnkey corporate campus ready for Badger Daylighting’s operational teams. The completed facility establishes a prominent corporate presence for the company along one of Brownsburg’s primary commercial corridors.
