Mattingly Construction completed a 6,752 SF interior buildout for Avon Orthodontics at 8114 Kingston Street in Avon, Indiana, delivering a purpose-built orthodontic practice in collaboration with Delv Design. The interior finish scope included patient treatment bays, consultation and imaging areas, sterilization, reception and patient waiting, and the specialized plumbing, casework, and equipment connections required for a modern orthodontic office. The team coordinated finish carpentry, custom millwork, and MEP systems throughout to deliver a functional, patient-ready environment built to support the practice’s patient volume and staff workflow. The completed buildout establishes Avon Orthodontics as a dedicated orthodontic destination on the west side of the Indianapolis metro area.
