Mike Mitchell

Mike is a Project Manager/Estimator with an eye for quality. His responsibilities include working with clients, cost estimating, project management, safety and upholding high standards of quality. He possesses effective communication skills that greatly help in working with all parties involved in the construction process.

Mike has twenty-three years of experience as a project manager/estimator, nine years as a superintendent and 3 years as a framer in the industry. He has taken full project management responsibility for many large warehouse/production facilities, office & retail, restaurants, dental and veterinary projects ranging from 1,900 to 285,000 square feet. He has been part of the Mattingly Construction team for over 15 years.

Mike spent 4 years in the U.S. Air Force in the Law Enforcement K-9 division. He received training in computerized construction scheduling, estimating and in project management software. Through involvement with his children he coached in “A” Division girls Fast-Pitch softball for 16 years, led his teams to the national championships for 8 years running and 3-time Indiana State Champions. Mike, his wife, children and now grandchildren enjoy many outdoor activities, hiking, boating, motorcycle riding and just enjoying nature.
