Mattingly Construction completed a 1,492 SF interior finish and tenant improvement for Swayzee Loinz in Carmel, Indiana, building out the space at 7241 E. 146th Street into a ready-to-serve restaurant. The project scope covered kitchen equipment installation, dining area finishes, service counter layout, and the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades needed to convert the tenant space for commercial food service. The compact footprint required efficient coordination of trades to maximize every square foot for both front-of-house operations and back-of-house prep. Mattingly’s team partnered with ownership and the design team to deliver a finished restaurant that fits the Carmel dining scene.
