Mattingly Construction delivered a 50,735 SF ground-up industrial facility for Paige’s Music in Fishers, Indiana, a longtime Indianapolis-area music retailer and school instrument provider. Located at 8601 Sunlight Dr., the new building combines warehouse space, distribution operations, and office and administrative areas under one roof, giving Paige’s Music a consolidated home for inventory, fulfillment, and customer service teams. The project scope spanned site work, foundations, structural framing, building envelope, and full interior finishes. Mattingly’s team coordinated the schedule and phasing to deliver a completed facility built to support the company’s continued growth across Indiana.
