Mattingly Construction completed a 3,125 SF interior build-out in Carmel, Indiana, converting a former fitness space into Thai Eatery. The restaurant construction included full kitchen equipment installation, new bar infrastructure, dining room layout, and the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades required to transition the building from fitness use to commercial food service. The team installed custom banquettes, tile finishes, open bar shelving, and a layered lighting package of pendants, linear fixtures, and accent lighting that defines distinct zones throughout the space. Mattingly’s crew coordinated closely with ownership and the design team to deliver a fully operational dining environment within the project’s budget.
