Mattingly Construction completed a 2,981 SF interior buildout for Metro Plastics at 17145 Metro Park Ct. in Noblesville, Indiana, delivering a functional commercial workspace tailored to the company’s operational needs. The scope included office and administrative areas, production and operational support spaces, and the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work needed to support day-to-day business operations. The team coordinated framing, ceiling systems, casework, and finish carpentry throughout to deliver a clean, efficient environment built around Metro Plastics’ team and workflow. The completed project gives Metro Plastics a functional home in Noblesville’s Metro Park corridor to support its continued operations.
