Mattingly Construction completed an 8,630 SF interior finish and tenant improvement for HealthNet Clinical Annex in Indianapolis, Indiana, transforming the space at 3403 E. Raymond Street into a fully operational clinical care facility. The medical office construction included exam and treatment rooms, patient intake and waiting areas, administrative offices, and the specialized HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems required to meet healthcare building standards. The buildout addressed infection control considerations, ADA compliance, and the equipment connections that bring a clinical environment online. Mattingly’s team coordinated closely with HealthNet and the design team to deliver a patient-ready facility that expands access to care on the east side of Indianapolis.
