Mattingly Construction completed a 2,980 SF interior buildout for Dr. Hoover’s practice in Greenwood, Indiana, transforming Suite B at 1458 W. Stones Crossing Rd. into a fully operational medical office. The interior finish project included treatment and exam rooms, reception and waiting areas, administrative space, and the specialized mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems required to support modern patient care. The team managed casework installation, custom millwork, finish carpentry, and the equipment connections that bring a medical practice online. Located in the Stones Crossing corridor, the completed buildout positions Dr. Hoover’s practice to serve patients across the Greenwood community.
