Mattingly Construction completed an interior tenant improvement for Delicia at 5215 N. College Ave. in Indianapolis, Indiana, converting an existing space into a fully operational restaurant in the heart of the Broad Ripple area. The interior finish scope included a full-service dining room, bar area, kitchen equipment installation, and the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades required to bring a commercial restaurant online. The team coordinated finish carpentry, custom millwork, casework, and equipment connections throughout to deliver a functional, guest-ready dining environment for ownership and staff. The completed buildout positions Delicia to serve the north Indianapolis dining market along one of the city’s most active commercial corridors.
