Blake McFarland
Blake McFarland grew up in Indianapolis and graduated from Heritage Christian School in 2010. He then attended Purdue University where he graduated with a degree in Building Construction Management. Blake also fulfilled a lifelong calling by serving in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve and Army National Guard. Blake’s passion for construction was inspired by his grandfather, who instilled in him a deep appreciation for building and creating.
His goal on every project is to deliver a high-quality building to a satisfied client, all while keeping the process from being oversimplified. Before joining Mattingly, Blake has worked for several Indy based construction companies where he’s gained valuable experience across multiple sectors in the industry including residential, industrial, hospitality, healthcare and education. His most recent role was as a project manager for a design/build firm where he worked on a large multi-phase school project consisting of multiple additions and extensive renovations. Out of all the projects Blake’s worked on, his most memorable was a new fraternity house at Indiana University.
Blake and his wife, Jill, have three children who keep them on their toes. Outside of work Blake enjoys working out, spending time with his family, and just being outdoors. One fun fact is that his two sons share the same birthday, exactly 2 years apart (his wife is a planner).
